In this role, you will be reporting to the National Key Account Manager and be able to work autonomously from a small B2B sales office based in S.E Suburbs

                                                  Sales Office Administrator (m/f/d)

Your new role:
- Maintaining the daily upkeep of the office and provide high level administrative support on all key accounts
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, credits and expenses 
- Managing customer logistics through headquarters and local warehousing
- Liaising with headquarters in Germany to ensure effective customer management
- Prioritising and actioning work tasks as required
- Maintenance of office documents/files, sending out samples and general office duties
- Preparation of meeting agenda and materials, booking travel
- Supporting in market research

What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience working within a fast-paced administrative role, preferable in a B2B sales environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise deliverables
- Ability to absorb and accurately process of detail and self-manage the own workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong numerical and mathematical skills
- Self motivated, proactive and intuitive work style
- ‘Can do’ attitude to support and help drive continuous improvement of processes
- Ability to pick up new systems with ease and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
