Inside Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)
Activities and perspectives
Tackle, think along, take responsibility
- Customer service and correspondence (via phone and email)
- Order processing from quotation to delivery
- Reviewing stock levels and maintaining customer and product data
- Monitoring incoming customer payments to ensure compliance with established payment terms
- Complaint and accounting management
- Close cooperation with colleagues at our production facilities and headquarters in Germany
- Support of our Sales Directors
- Gaining know-how of products and services
- Flexible on-site office hours from Monday to Friday between 8 am-5 pm
Requirements
What you should bring with you
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- Experience in B2B inside sales
- Customer and solution-oriented
- Team-working mentality, open-minded and communicative
- An analytical mindset to prioritize tasks and independently manage time
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable and careful with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to resolve challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Fluent in written and spoken English
