What Makes Us Different Than Other Employers In The Region

Some Jobs Use You Up. This One Trains You Up.
A lot of jobs around the area here in West Virginia, Moorefield/Petersburg or Morgantown will hire you the day after graduation – on a line, underground, or on your feet twelve hours a day, wearing your body down. We do things differently: you train on the technology, not against your joints and your lungs. Modern equipment, real safety standards, and a mentor next to you. You leave with a debt-free degree and a skill set that travels with you. Before you take the fastest job you can find, take the one that’s still paying off in twenty years.

Family-Owned. Not a Faceless Corporation.
We’re privately owned, which means the people making decisions about your training, your safety, and your future actually know your name. Just people who live where you live, building a company you can actually grow with.

Building the Industry That Comes Next.
We make paper packaging – because the industry is moving away from single-use plastic, and we intend to be ahead of that shift. That means the skills you learn are the foundation of where packaging is headed next. You leave with a debt-free degree and a skill set built for the industry’s future.
