Activities and perspectives
Tackle, think along, take responsibility
- Establish and maintain major account relationships and generate new business
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs in line with business requirements
- Direct responsibility for all aspects of allocated prospects and customers
- Establish contacts and meetings with new potential customers
- Prepare all aspects of client meetings and presentations to senior procurement and sourcing teams
- Effective communication with the US support team and manufacturing plant
- Develop detailed product knowledge and an in-depth understanding of the US packaging market
Requirements
What you should bring with you
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Successful track record of growing territory and sales as well as of increasing and exceeding revenue targets
- An understanding of manufacturing processes
- A resilient self-starter with a strong focus on results
- Comfortable presenting and negotiating at senior level
- Interest in the monitoring of the order fulfillment and the daily business
- Field service combined with an office-based position in Raynham, MA
